Beach Trip | Atlantic City, NJ

& WE GOT ENGAGED

We headed to Atlantic City for a long-weekend (& much needed) vacation! There, we met up with my roommate from college and her boyfriend, Alex & Kyle. Since they’re from Philly, they have the wonderful luxury of it taking them only 1 1/2 hours to the beach. For us, it takes about 5 hours to get to the nearest beach from Pittsburgh. 😒 ANYWAYS, anytime we spend time with them, it is just so enjoyable and fun. We were so grateful to spend time with them!

We got out there a day early to get traveling out of the way and to sneak an extra day on the beach. Believe it or not, the water was semi-clear. This is pretty well unheard of in the Atlantic Ocean, let alone a Jersey beach lol.

After our first full day at AC, Morgan popped the lovely question and asked me to marry him. Everyone pretty well expected this to happen sooner than later butttttt it was an amazing memory and OF COURSE I said yes. Mans did so good with the ring and making the trip so fun and memorable!

If you haven’t checked out AC yet, we definitely recommend it. Good food, decent bit of gambling options (if you’re into that), and nice beaches!
